For visually impaired patients, we offer the opportunity to have an escorted tour of the public areas of the facility to help to familiarise with the layout of the building.
We can offer translation services where necessary and please refer to our Chaperone Policy for more information regarding having someone accompany you at a consultation.
Please contact us for assistance on this matter: info@theclinichollandpark.com
We are committed to equality and diversity in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 and the Disability Discrimination Act 2005.
Where necessary, and in the case of an emergency situation where the current premises is unable to be used, we can carry out consultations online and/or carry out procedures at an alternative nearby location.
If for any reason we are unable to provide the service to patients we will, where possible, provide patients with details of an alternative local treatment facility.
Assistance Dogs and Access
The Clinic at Holland Park welcomes all patients who require the support of a guide dog or other assistance animal. In accordance with the Equality Act 2010 and best practice for UK healthcare providers, assistance dogs accompanying disabled visitors are permitted in all public and patient areas of the clinic, except where limited access may be necessary for health and safety reasons (e.g., operating theatres or specific procedures).
Our staff are trained to support patients with assistance dogs and to make reasonable adjustments where necessary, so that everyone receives care with dignity and respect. If you have any specific needs regarding your assistance dog or require tailored arrangements for your visit, please let our team know in advance.
