Dr Sean Noronha

Dr Noronha is a consultant endocrinologist with over a decade of experience in the fields of diabetes, endocrinology (hormones) and weight management. He combines expert medical knowledge with a compassionate understanding of individual needs to deliver a bespoke treatment plan tailored to your weight loss goals.

Dr Noronha studied medicine at the University of Oxford, graduating with first class honours in pre-clinical medicine and a distinction in clinical medicine. He completed his higher medical training in the Oxford Deanery before moving to North Devon to lead a multidisciplinary team covering all aspects of diabetes, endocrinology and weight management. In 2025 he relocated to London and now has a portfolio career of NHS and private work.

An alumnus of the prestigious RCP Chief Registrar Programme, Dr Noronha is passionate about improving healthcare systems to benefit patient care. He is recognized as an expert in the field and is a regular invited speaker at diabetes technology and pharmacology conferences.

Dr Noronha is fully GMC registered, and a member of the Society for Endocrinology and Association of British Clinical Diabetologists.
